Have you already completed the SQE1, the QLTS MCT or are you SQE1 exempt? BARBRI is here to help you pass the final stage of the Solicitor Qualifying Exam (SQE) assessment.
BARBRI provides you with the opportunity to study online and part-time, preparing you with confidence for the final stage of the SQE. The BARBRI course will supply you with all of the materials you need to get started straight away. You will also receive access to the BARBRI SQE1 Prep materials to review, if needed.
Exemptions: If you are exempt by having completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) or by being dual qualified in another jurisdiction, you can proceed straight to the SQE2 Prep.

What is the SQE?
The Solicitors Qualifying Exam (SQE) is comprised of a series of exams that include mixed subject questions (eg. contract with civil litigation) in a multiple-choice format. The course is divided into two parts: SQE1 focuses on legal knowledge, and SQE2 focuses on practical skills. If you want to qualify as a solicitor in England & Wales this is the route you need to take.

How do I prepare for the SQE?

For SQE2 Prep, you would be studying entirely online and part-time at 10-12 hours of study per week. This makes it very easy to work alongside your studies.
